UGLY STIK� BLANKS
When you are looking for the extra rugged and tough blanks, the Ugly
Stik Blank is it. The strength and durability of the Ugly Stik has made
it what it is. The inner core is spiral graphite with an outer layer of
fiberglass. The tips are solid glass which are virtually unbreakable. These
blanks probably are some of the most versatile on the market. You can trim
the butt or tip to make a number of fishing rods with just one blank. We’re talking
one tough blank!

Legendary Ugly Stik Blank construction with extra “gutts” in the butt, for those special situations when you need extra durable, brutal fishing tackle. Additional longitudinal glass fibers have been strategically positioned around the circumference of the blank to produce action and power. So the Gutts Butt blank not only casts like a rifle, it has the added strength necessary for hard hook setting and brute lifting power.
